A rare example of California Sylvaner, a variety that is better known in the Franken region of Germany and in Alsace, France. Zippy and refreshing.
The Scribe Sylvaner is grown on volcanic soils receiving cool winds from the bay. Produced simply with cold and concrete steel ferments with no malolactic fermentation or oak influence. With bright acidity and minerality this wine highlights the freshness of the fruit.
