Angel's Salumi & Truffles Nostrano Salami, California (5.5 oz)
Angel's classic Italian-style Nostrano Salami (5.5oz) is made using 100% Berkshire pork meat. It is dry cured, fermented for 48 hours, and then aged in a dry-room for three months. We chose to capture the flavors of Northern Italy using coarsely ground Berkshire pork, black peppercorn, and red wine. Our Nostrano salami has a mild peppery taste that pairs perfectly with melon and figs.
