A crispy, dry and truly elegant champagne, the Assailly Brut Nature was a fan favorite when these wines came to us for one of our first wine tastings at the beginning of 2020. All Grand Cru fruit from the Avize village in Champagne, this family of Champagne makers strive for balance and complexity. 100% Chardonnay with low dosage, bringing roundness and balance to this Brut Nature style.

Once again we see that grower-producers in Champagne can deliver superb wines from 100% Grand Cru rated vineyards at significantly lower prices that the international Champagne brands that purchase most of their fruit. This should not be news at this point, but it remains so for many consumers. Take advantage of it! ;>)
