This distillery has been family owned & operated since 1865 by the Grants of Glenfarclas. Their 12 yr expression is the best introduction to the Glenfarclas style of whiskey. Aged in 100% Olorosso Sherry casks, this 12 yr wonder deliver from beginning to end. Named "Best Sherried Whiskey" back in 2006, this dram packs a punch of soft sherry & honey notes, with some slightly smoky & resin-y notes on the nose. Subtle hints of malt, sherry, and toffee hit on the palate, with smooth & spicy baking notes on the finish.

To All Our Wonderful Customers,

We have tried mightily for 4 years at our 114 Channel Street location, and for 15 months now at Chase Center, to reach a level of sustainability, and to find additional working capital to keep the two locations afloat. Unfortunately we have not been successful in either endeavor.

We deeply appreciate your patronage, but must close the doors while we attempt a restructuring of the business. Thrive City Wine Bar is closed effective immediately. 114 Channel street will stay open for retail only through March 31st.
