Home Base Bourbon, Oakland, CA (750ml)

A bourbon from the heart of East Bay. Home Base Bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, rye and lots of malted barley. The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 3, allowing the flavors from the high malt content - honey, maple and nut - to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons.

To All Our Wonderful Customers,

We have tried mightily for 4 years at our 114 Channel Street location, and for 15 months now at Chase Center, to reach a level of sustainability, and to find additional working capital to keep the two locations afloat. Unfortunately we have not been successful in either endeavor.

We deeply appreciate your patronage, but must close the doors while we attempt a restructuring of the business. Thrive City Wine Bar is closed effective immediately. 114 Channel street will stay open for retail only through March 31st.
