Kilchoman U.S. Small Batch Limited Edition is their special America-only Small Batch vatting that unites Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry matured Whisky with a cherry-picked Port hogshead. 70% Bourbon, 25% Port, 5% Oloroso, to be exact. The very limited experiment (only 1,260 bottles exist) offers layers of smooth flavors with a lot of peaty smoke, citrus and sea spray.
