Traverse City Whiskey Co was started by local Chris Fredrickson and his partners, Jared Rapp and Moti Goldring. This barrel proof bourbon, which recently won Best Small Batch Bourbon at the San Francisco Spirits Competition, is aged 4 years, & was bottled at 112.84 proof. The Mashbill: is 71% Corn, 25% Rye, 4% Barley
Nose: Butterscotch, caramel, grain, faint hints of lemon and orange
Palate: Caramel, toffee, charred oak
Finish: Caramel, vanilla
