In this series of you-are-(almost)-there cheese and wine tastings, cheese experts Janet Fletcher and Laura Werlin will take you on a tasting journey of four different cheeses giving you the lowdown on who makes them, how to taste them, and ultimately, what makes them so darn good. But wait. There’s more. Janet and Laura will be joined by legendary wine authorities Peter Granoff MS and Debbie Zachareas* to bring the pairing part of the fun full circle. All you have to do to join the festivities is pick up the designated cheeses and optional wines; we’ll take it from there. PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED, SO SIGN UP EARLY!

How it works --

When you purchase your ticket, choose your pickup location: Mission Bay Wine & Cheese (415-968-0400, San Francisco), Ferry Plaza Wine Merchant (415-391-9400, San Francisco) or Oxbow Cheese & Wine Merchant (707-257-5200, Napa). If you wish to have your cheese shipped that is an option within California. The additional cost is $20 per order, and the cutoff to place a shipped order is midnight on the Monday prior to the event.

Look for the Zoom link invitation via e-mail the day before the tasting. Click on that link just before 6 o’clock PT on class day and you’re good to go!

Pickup --

Pick up in store one day prior or on class day during business hours. No need to call ahead. Prefer curbside pickup? Simply call the store when you arrive and someone will bring your bag to you.
