Q: What do the icons mean?
A: The icons are our proprietary representation of wine style. They are not a rating - if we are presenting a wine, it has cleared that fundamental hurdle or we would not offer it at all. That is the difference between a true wine merchant and a retail venue where wine is sold without any filter protecting you, our customers, for quality. See the page on Icons for further details.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Except in those cases where a shipment was received in damaged condition, all sales are final. Customers may report damaged shipments by contacting us directly.

TUE-WED 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
THU-SAT 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
