You may have walked into a wine shop and looked at the rows of French or Italian wines and wondered, what would be like to pick several to taste, to compare wine producing regions in these countries, or find some remarkable new favorites? Our tasting event on June 2nd is just that opportunity. While our typical flight night focuses on a producer, region or importer, for this tasting we will have around 20 different wines from the Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant portfolio of French and Italian wines for you to taste. These are some of our favorite wines that we are excited to share with you!

Over the last four decades Kermit Lynch has operated his popular retail shop and has become a renowned distributor and national importer of authentic and expressive wines from small, artisan producers throughout France and Italy. 

The name Kermit Lynch has become synonymous with high quality, terroir-driven wines. We always look forward to tasting the selections from Kermit’s esteemed portfolio. For this special tasting event we had the difficult task of narrowing down our list of favorites from the Kermit Lynch portfolio – there are so many from which to choose.

We will welcome Matt Gerloff, Sales Representative for Kermit Lynch, as our guest on this special evening to pour and talk about these delicious wines along with Debbie and Peter – Mission Bay Owners/Partners.

This evening the format will be different from our usual Flight Nights. Instead of a seated tasting where the wines are brought to you, this be a “walk-around” where the wines are arranged on a series of tables and you wander the room sampling as you go. This is a format more typical of a professional trade tasting and is the best way to sample a wide variety of wines.
