Château Minuty is one of the main producers of the Côtes de Provence, producing top-range rosé wines.

Château Minuty is the 85 year story of the Matton-Farnet family in Saint-Tropez and their commitment to making world class wines. Each successive generation has improved the soil and they are cultivating the vines using sustainable methods, without weedkillers or pesticides.

The rosés of Château Minuty are made from Grenache and Tibouren. Grenache is often referred to as the "king of rosés". Tibouren is emblematic of Saint-Tropez and has been preserved on the Minuty estate to guarantee the local typicity of the wines.

Rosé wines have a natural affinity for summer. They bring refreshing acidity, lower alcohol and little to no tannin – all of which make them pleasurable and easy to drink. They pair well with a variety of foods – especially the charcuterie, flat bread crackers and cheeses you will find here at Mission Bay Wine & Cheese.
