Veso Aperitifs makes modern and experimental aperitifs and vermouths on Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay. Chris Beyer, founder and aperitif maker, will be pouring flights of their current releases, to sip neat and to mix up your own spritzes.

Veso aperitifs are infused with all organic California fruits and citrus, and spices from around the world, yielding balanced and complex aperitifs that can be sipped neat or mixed into cocktails. In contrast to many traditional old-world aperitif producers that keep their recipes secret, Chris is fully transparent about Veso’s ingredients, process, and sourcing.

Chris will be pouring Veso’s Strawberry Solstice, Alpine, Vanilla Nightfall, Bitter Citrus, and a new limited release, launching in a few weeks: Earl Grey. We will serve all 5 of these neat, along with a bottle of Fever Tree Club Soda and Fever Tree Tonic Water so you can make your own Spritzes.
