Diplomatico is one of the best exports Venezuela has to offer. It's crafted by Maestros Roneros, using his many years of expertise in combining modern and traditional distillation methods to produce exceptional rum. Produced from both sugar can & molasses, this rum contains juice up to 12 years old. On the nose, rich aromas of orange peel, toffee and licorice, it is smooth on the palate, and follows on with notes of toffee fudge that offers a long-lasting finish.

A great 12 year old Demerara rum from El Dorado. This has won golds at the Caribbean Rum Taste Test in London 7 times in the first 10 years! There are nine stills at the distillery, and this is based around coffey still rum, and double wooden pot still rum.

Notes from the Distiller- The Knappogue Castle Cask Finish Series is a range of single malts finished in the finest wine casks. The Marchesi di Barolo limited release is matured in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years, then further aged in casks from the renowned Barolo Winery.

On the nose, marmalade & sweet spices with sultanas. On the palate, pineapples & dark chocolate, followed by layers of Christmas cake, marmalade and sweet spices. A beautiful expression of aged whisky.

Notes from the Distillery ~ Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, has been working tirelessly on this new expression since day one; evaluating casks and refining recipes to create something special. We’re proud to present the jewel in our crown; the GlenAllachie 15 years old. The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural color. On the nose, there's a beautiful bouquet of raisins, butterscotch & baking spices, with tropical fruits, orange peel & dark chocolate on the palate.

Founded in 1881 by James Ford, James Greenlees, and William Robertson, Bunnahabhain, which in Gaelic means "river mouth", has had many closures and re-openings over the years. It is now operated by Burn Stewart Distillers. Bunnahabhain whiskies are lightly peated, and have a lot of salty marine tones.

Glenfiddich 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve is a great new release from the well known Speyside distillery Glenfiddich. This whisky spent 14 years in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in deeply charred new American oak from The Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky.

About the Icons
Anne Moller-Racke has many years of experience crafting fine Pinot Noir, and all of her Blue Farm wines are top notch. This is perhaps the most compelling and nuanced of the three we recently tasted, however. The King Ridge vineyard is planted to Calera & Bacigalupi clones. Spicy, layered and complex Pinot Noir that merits a spot in your cellar or on your table sooner.
