"Unlike other London Dry Gins available today, we still craft our award-winning gin over 2 days, staying absolutely true to our family’s heritage. The result of this artisan method is a fresh crisp elegant gin with refreshing notes from juniper, subtle exotic spice and a lively citrus finish. Hayman’s London Dry is the perfect partner for tonic. We believe that a Gin and Tonic should always be balanced in measure to ensure that the gin flavours shine through. We recommend one-part gin to two-parts tonic. Make, serve and drink in one of our stylish G&T glasses based on an art deco design from the 1920s. Garnish with lemon or any other citrus fruit."

Producer notes ~ "The 12 year-old expression is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp, citrus character of Aberlour’s new distillate is deftly softened by double cask maturation. Traditional Oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour."More info
Producer notes ~ "HINOTORI means « Phœnix » in Japanese! Coming back from its ashes is exactly what the Hekinan distillery, located in Aichi and founded in 1949, is doing by releasing a limited 5 years old batch made from malt and grain in a pot still. Ageing takes place in used whisky barrels for 5 years to allow gentle and smooth aromas to develop. Not chill-filtered.More info
Producer notes ~ "This exquisite Kavalan whisky has won several prestigious awards, including a gold at the World Whiskies Awards. The expression also received a Gold in its category at the International Spirits Challenge. Kavalan ex-Bourbon Oak dilutes Solist ex-Bourbon with Kavalan spring water to 46% strength. It is incredibly smooth with a soft sweetness, losing the harshness and the alcohol edge and lingering over those unique flavors. It is clean and fresh tropical fruitiness with pleasant vanilla, coconut and spices."More info
Producer notes ~ "Since 1630, in the heart of Cognac, 10 generations of Ferrands have passed down the knowledge of the vineyard and the craft of distillation. This Premier Cru de Cognac is a tribute to those generations. 10 Générations, Grande Champagne Cognac, is only made with Ugni-Blanc grapes. Distilled slowly on its fine lees, it is aged in French oak, with 20% in Sauternes casks." This is one of our favorite Cognacs for consumption without precipitating wallet panic ;>).More info

Producer notes ~ "Produced at the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, Talisker Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been made by the sea since 1830, with its smell and taste instantly connecting you to its rugged maritime home. Every sip is a taste of the Isle of Skye itself, one of the most remote, windswept yet beautiful landscapes in Scotland. Talisker 10 Year Old, the stalwart of the Talisker family, is a powerful single malt whisky, with a sea-salty nose, spicy complexity, smoky sweet character and signature peppery finish: like a warm welcome from a wild sea.More info
Producer notes ~ "The smooth and warming flavours present in Northland come from the unhurried way in which the spirit is made, and from the maturation, which takes place in American oak quarter casks. Matured and bottled on site, Northland represents the first chapter in the history of Wolfburn. Non chill-filtered @ 46% ABV. Wolfburn is the most northerly whisky distillery on the Scottish mainland, and our master craftsmen fashion their whisky the same way it has always been made: by hand, using only the finest ingredients, and without haste."More info

The Tyrconnell is double distilled, unlike the majority of Irish Whiksy's that are triple distilled. Their most recent foray into cask ageing is this sku, a 16-year-old single malt finished in Oloroso and Moscatel casks. The whiskey was matured for 16 years in ex-bourbon barrels before spending an undisclosed amount of time in wine casks from the Andalucía region of Spain. These casks were double seasoned, first with Oloroso sherry and then with Moscatel wine. The resulting whiskey is bright and vibrant, with floral, vanilla, raisin, and unsweetened dark chocolate notes on the palate.More info
