About the Icons
The village of Bouzy is where Benoit calls home and this cuvee highlights three special terroirs for Pinot Noir there. The final blend is 100% Pinot Noir from Les Vaux Bétins, Les Hannepés, and Tauxières, planted in 1960, 1980, and 1990 respectively. The grapes from each parcel are pressed separately. Dosage is 5 grams per liter.
