2017 Edaphos Aligote, Barbed Oak Vineyard, Sonoma County, California (750ml)
Sourced from the 18-acre Barbed Oak Vineyard in Sonoma County’s Bennett Valley appellation, this small planting of Aligoté, less than one acre, is known to be perhaps only the third after Josh Jensen’s Mt. Harlan Vineyard. The best known Aligotés comes from the Burgundy region of France.
2017 Ghost Block Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville, Napa Valley (750ml)
The Ghost Block name was inspired by the Ghost Block Single Vineyard which overlooks the 165 year old George C. Yount Pioneer Cemetery at the north end of Yountville. The Cabernet Sauvignon from this vineyard, however, isn’t scary at all – it is delicious with just the right amount of fruit, balance and structure.
2017 Goldeneye Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley, California (750ml)
Goldeneye is is part of the extended Duckhorn Vineyards group. It has consistently been on the richer end of the Pinot Noir spectrum in California, yet has always maintained a sense of overall balance.
2017 Hogl Freigeist Gruner Veltliner, Wachau, Austria (750ml)
Högl, a typically very classic Austrian producer, is seeing a new generation of stars. Georg Hogl's skin fermented Gruner Veltliner is a Smaragd level, orange wine. It was skin fermented for 35 days, pressed and left to ferment in Austrian oak. No sulfur/No filtration. DELICIOUS!
2017 Neumayer Zwiri Gruner Veltliner, Traisental DAC Reserve, Austria (750ml)
Fruit from a first growth Zwirch vineyard is used for this middle-weight wine that is bottled under the name Zwiri, so as to allow for an earlier bottling date than the strict rules for first growths require. Delicious herb and zest combine with ripe pear show a richness well balanced by bright acidity and a slight pepper on end. Great with food or on its own. A wine with length!
2017 Whitehall Lane "Rassi" Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma Valley, California (750ml)
The Leonardini family purchased the Rassi Vineyard in 2012 for its great potential for Cabernet Sauvignon. Known for the gravelly sandy loam site, excellent free-draining soils, and perfect climate for Sonoma Valley Cabernet.
2017 Wrath Pinot Noir "Ex" Monterey, California (750ml)
Our search for delicious and varietally accurate Pinot Noir is a never-ending quest, and when we find great examples that can land on our shelves at under $30 it is an added bonus. Wrath's EX bottling has been a very consistent winner in that regard.

Dark plum robe with a touch of purple at the rim. Intense, complex aromatics of ripe, red fruits, cola, cracked pepper and a touch of smoke. The palate is fresh, with flavors of baked blackberry and ripe boysenberry. There is a touch of dusty tannin on the finish in this otherwise soft, round, juicy summer red.

Bright and fresh in the nose with aromas suggesting apple, fresh pineapple and wet stone. On the palate the wine is fleshy with bright acidity. The flavors are yellow apple, pineapple core and a touch of honey with pronounced length on the complex finish.

This wine is a blend from 30-year-old Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan vines hand-harvested just a few minutes from the cellar. Each lot was vinified separately in stainless steel vats before being aged on fine lees in concrete - highlighting both the varietal and terroir traits and lending to the wines’ inherent freshness. Deep garnet in color, with sultry aromas of dark fruit, red plum and a hint of smoked meat. The palate is fresh and juicy with red and blue fruits, fresh red plum, wet stone and a smooth tannin on the spicy finish.

Bright red with a garnet rim. Aromas of strawberry and dusty red fruits. On the palate the wine is suave and silky, loaded with fresh berry fruit, cherry, red plum and a fine-grained tannin that suggests black tea. Very approachable, a delightful starter Nebbiolo and perfect for summer sipping.

Translucent garnet color with bold aromatics of macerated strawberries, plum and rose jam. The palate bursts with fresh black cherry, cassis with a touch of back tea and a beautiful texture. The tannin is nicely met by perfectly balanced acidity on the long, juicy finish.
2018 Contrade Negroamaro IGT, Puglia, Italy (750ml)
Medium-bodied, this is an approachable red, highlighted by dark berry fruit flavors and smooth tannins. One wine we cannot keep in stock not only due to the $9 price tag but the value behind the brand.
2018 Cristom Pinot Noir "Mount Jefferson Cuvee" Willamette Valley, Oregon (750ml)
From the producer: Mt. Jefferson Cuvée is a blend of the Cristom estate Pinot Noir vineyards along with exceptional fruit we source from neighboring vineyards in the Willamette Valley. These contributing sites have been thoughtfully selected over the years, and are planted on a variety of soil types, elevations and aspects, representing the Willamette Valley Appellation as a broader whole.
2018 Eberle Cotes du Robles Blanc, Paso Robles, California (750ml)
Notes from Eberle: Eberle was founded in 1979 focusing on the production of handcrafted, premium wines. Eberle is a name of German descent, meaning a small boar, and has served as the winery's symbol since it's inception. Their Cotes du Robles is a white Rhone style blend of 55% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne and 15% Viognier.
2018 Fritz Haag, Brauneberger Riesling Kabinett, Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, Germany (750ml)
Fritz Haag is a top notch Mosel producer that we have supported for many years. According to the importer, this delicious Riesling Kabinett is "a selection of early-picked fruit from both the Juffer and Juffer Sonnenuhr vineyards.
2018 Héritiers du Comte Lafon Macon-Milly-Lamartine, Burgundy, France, (750ml)
This Chardonnay comes from 35 year and older vines on a steep east exposure. The soil is mostly clay over hard limestone. The wine has been aged in large 45hl barrels and demi-muids and was fermented using indigenous yeast.
2018 Institut Agricole Regional Petite Arvine, Valle d'Aosta, Italy (750ml)
As the name implies, Institut Agricole Régional, is a regional agricultural institution located near the town of Aosta dedicated to education, research and experimentation in agriculture. For the field of education, it offers both technical and vocational training in agriculture, agri-food and agro industries at its school and college where ‘the purpose of the college service is to promote the process of socialization and human, civil and cultural growth of the students.’
2018 Lo-Fi Riesling, Coquelicot Vineyard, Santa Ynez Valley, California (750ml)
From Producer: Hand harvested and organically grown; not de-stemmed or crushed. Whole cluster pressed to tank. Settled twenty-four hour then racked. Fermented on the native yeasts, followed by partial malolactic by naturally occurring bacteria. The primary fermentation lasted for 25 days after which the wine was topped. Total Of 20 ppm so2 added without filtration in keeping with our minimalist (lo-fi) philosophy.

Navarro's Gewuztraminer has long been considered a benchmark for the variety in California, and with good reason. It is an excellent rendition, vintage after vintage.
2018 Piaugier Sablet Cotes du Rhone, Rhone Valley, France (750ml)
Piaugier is located in Sablet, south of the Rhône Valley. Son and grandson of winemakers, Jean-Marc Autran and his wife, Sophie, cultivate about 70 acres of vines spread over sixty plots on the Sablet and Gigondas appellations.
2018 Remoissenet Bourgogne Rouge, Burgundy, France (750ml)
Aromas of red summer berry fruit, red currant, baking spices. Tangy, refined, with suave tannins; flavors of pomegranate jam, red cherries, spice box. Remoissenet Père et Fils is a reference point for refined Burgundy wines.
