Producer notes ~ "Named for a 13-thousand-foot peak in Aspen, Stranahan’s® Blue Peak™ Single Malt is double-distilled at high altitude and aged for 4 years in new American oak barrels with a #3 char, imbuing a warm, toasted flavor. The Solera finished spirit boasts flavors of creamy butterscotch, brown sugar plus baked apples with notes of cayenne and toasted oak.

Producer notes:
40% ABV. Appearance ~ Bright Crystal color with silver tones, nice bodied.
Aroma ~ The first impression is herbal with hints of mint and anise, followed by white pepper and spices (cinnamon and clove); mild citrus notes. If allowed to breathe in the glass, apple and floral notes appear.
Taste ~ Cooked Agave, mint, pepper, with a residual sweetness (white chocolate) and slightly herbaceous. Presents a long final, spicy and sweet at the same time. Very complex and rounded.
Comments ~ The essence of Agave. Who do not enjoy Tapatío Blanco, could very well stop drinking tequila, because this is exactly what silver (blanco) tequila should be.

Producer notes:
38% ABV. Aged 4-6 months in American white oak barrels, previously used in ageing Bourbon.
Appearence ~ Pale straw yellow color; luminous, with golden and slightly greenish tones. Medium bodied due to its lower alcoholic content.
Aroma ~ Fruity, intense cooked Agave, apple, pear, vanilla and caramel, slightly smoky. White pepper comes in a subtle form. Allowed to breath it becomes creamy with hints of butter. Spices such as clove and sandalwood.
Taste ~ The sweetness of the cooked Agave flavors predominate; herbal, pepper, slightly smoked with notes of caramel, cocoa, vanilla and nuts (walnut, peanut, hazelnut). A very soft & smooth, yet spicy finish.
Comments ~ A very well balanced tequila between the spicy and the sweet flavors. Perfect for a Margarita cocktail, but also to enjoy neat or on the rocks.

Producer Notes - "Made from 100% hand-selected Blue Agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, Rudo and Tecnico are double distilled in small batches in traditional alembic pot stills. Reposado is aged for 4 months in slightly charred American oak barrels that were previously used in bourbon production, while Anejo rests in small oak casks for 18 months. This long interaction between aging tequila and bourbon barrels results in the development of specific flavor characteristics such as baking spices, honey and subtle hints of caramel. These qualities of bourbon-barrel aged tequila make it desirable not only to tequila buyers but also to a large market of bourbon and whiskey drinkers.

Producer Notes ~ "The Tequila Ocho story begins with the Camarena family, who started making tequila in 1937 and are now in their third generation as tequila producers. This family is one of the few producers that still make tequila in the slow, artisanal way. With the Camarenas nothing is rushed or hurried during the whole process, from the growth of the agave to the final distillation. Tequila Ocho is a joint partnership between the Camarenas and Tomas Estes. Estes, the creator and owner of Mexican bars and restaurants since 1976 is a higly respected personality in the bar and spirits world.

Producer notes ~ "Unaged and honors the noble agaves of Arandas and the Camarena “Ranchos” through intense, lively and clean flavors Made with 100% Blue Agave. Tequila Ocho is made by Carlos Camarena, a third generation Tequilero, in partnership with Tomas Estes. This dynamic partnership delivers heritage and tradition, coupled with innovation. Carlos and Tomas produce tequila that is made slowly in an artisanal way. The result is a fine quality spirit that accentuates the agave flavour. It is concentrated and complex while remaining balanced and easy to drink. Tequila Ocho demonstrates that “terroir” exists in agave.

We know, Tito's can be purchased almost anywhere spirits are sold, and let's be honest - there are more interesting Vodka's out there. But as a basic platform for cocktails Tito's is hard to beat. We love to sip it over ice at the beginning of the evening, or mix it in a cocktail wherever you would use sweet vermouth. Ingredients: 2020 Mendocino County Chardonnay, Grape Spirits, Madagascar Vanilla Bean Extract, Burnt Caramel, Fresh Valencia Orange Peels, Dried Valencia Orange Peels, Cacao Nibs, Clove, Ceylon and Saigon Cinnamon, Star Anise. 18% ABV"

Producer Notes - "The blanco version of tequila is the product that is obtained after distillation. It contains 40% alcohol content and is unaged. Our Blanco is a classic. It’s an easy-to-drink agave-forward spirit with light hints of vanilla and citrus. Our blanco tequila has also been oxygenated, which helps remove some unwanted chemicals and compounds, accentuating the sweetness of the natural agave. Made with rain, spring and deep well water, it has just the right balance of minerality. Plus, there’s a bit of a black pepper finish for an added kick.

Producer notes ~ "Made in California’s San Joaquin Valley from a blend of dry white wine that includes Orange Muscat, Vya Extra Dry is carefully hand infused at Quady Winery with a selection of over fifteen dried herbs. In Vya Extra Dry the flowers and leaves of the plants are used for the infusion, whereas in the Vya Sweet, the roots and seeds of different plants are used. The flowers and leaves of different plants make Vya Extra Dry powerfully herbaceous, crisp, and refreshing. A few of the herbs used include lavender, linden, sage, orris, alfalfa, and angelica. Fresh and aromatic, Vya Extra Dry wakes up the taste buds, and makes a wet martini or an aperitif on the rocks that livens up the end of the day."

Each surprisingly complex sip of our premium potato vodka was born of locally harvested Rio Grande potatoes, mashed fresh and distilled only once to bring you a rare vodka with a character all its own. Cranberry juice is entirely optional.

Producer Notes - "We’ve poured ourselves into bringing you this straight rye whiskey of uncommon complexity and “damn that’s smooth” taste. Each bottle of our 100% Colorado Rye is crafted in custom CARL stills using locally grown rye from trusted Colorado farms, then gracefully aged a minimum of four years in new American oak. Indeed, this is how you turn rye into gold.. 45% ABV

Wright & Brown Distilling Company, Oakland’s first distillery since Prohibition, was launched in 2015 by two long time friends, a moonshining tugboat captain and and a home brewer, after an extensive custom buildout of their craft distillery. They source a lot of grain from local farmers, including small family farms in Humboldt County, where Dan (co-founder) and Earl grew up, and from family owned farms in the Sacramento area. The rum is made with 100% Grade-A Georgian Blackstrap Molasses then distilled in a 250 gal Vendome Copper Pot Still (which is the same still they use to make whisky), this aged rum is a truly unique blend of traditional and new techniques.

Vecchio Amaro del Capo should always be served chilled. At a temperature of -20 ° C, the mint, aniseed and licorice emerge in all their strength, while the herbs create a fresh and seductive sensory carpet. Amaro del Capo contains a mix of twenty-nine herbs, flowers, fruits and roots from Calabria’s beautiful land, blended to provide an intense experience of pleasure: the bittersweet taste of oranges, the delicacy of orange blossom and chamomile, the intensity of licorice, peppermint and aniseed. All combined in a single, unique and secret recipe.

The Home Base Bitter, Winter Batch 1 liqueur has a Pinot Grigio brandy base and is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals. It is sweetened in part with oleo saccharum and gentian root is the main bittering agent.

Cointreau is an orange-flavoured triple sec liqueur produced in Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou, France. It is consumed as an apéritif and digestif, and is a component of several well-known cocktails. It was originally called Curaçao Blanco Triple Sec. Despite the orange bottle, Cointreau is colourless.
