Michter’s US 1 Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection, with barrels often aging in excess of eight years.

Producer notes ~ Ancient buffalo carved paths through the wilderness that led American pioneers and explorers to new frontiers. One such trail led to the banks of the Kentucky River where Buffalo Trace Distillery has been making bourbon whiskey the same way for more than 200 years.

Legent is a collaboration as distinct as the two whiskey legends who made it. Fred Noe from the founding family of bourbon and Jim Beam’s seventh-generation Master Distiller and Shinji Fukuyo from the founding house of Japanese whisky and Suntory’s fifth-ever Chief Blender.

Noah's Mill is a special bourbon from Willett Noah's Mill is an outstanding old small batch bourbon, containing whiskeys between 4 and 20 years old. Noah's Mill has a complex structure with its 114.3 proof and rich nose with dark forest fruits, nutty flavors and floral touch. It gets even more rich in the palate as baking spices, rye and vegetal notes take place.

Whiskey : Distilled in Indiana, finished by Spiritech (Santa Rosa, CA), a spirits house known for its innovations in distilling technology. This whiskey has a wonderful, classic bourbon prole made through the marriage of grains and cutting edge technique. Maple: McClure’s of New England. Pure grade A amber maple syrup. Rowan's Creek is a brand of bourbon whiskey produced in Bardstown, Kentucky by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers (KBD). It is named for the creek which runs through the grounds of the site's distillery. Aged for 12 years and bottled at 100.1 Proof, Rowan's Creek is one of the underdogs in American whiskey market. It has a very smooth, rounded character with lovely spicy, fruity flavors.

Every fall Pinhook releases a new bourbon and rye, each of which is connected to a promising young thoroughbred horse. The whiskey in each release is the best expression of our barrels at that moment in time, and we blend and proof each release to be as unique as the horse on the label.

Traverse City Whiskey Co was started by local Chris Fredrickson and his partners, Jared Rapp and Moti Goldring. This barrel proof bourbon, which recently won Best Small Batch Bourbon at the San Francisco Spirits Competition, is aged 4 years, & was bottled at 112.84 proof. The ‍Mashbill: is 71% Corn, 25% Rye, 4% Barley

Notes from the Distiller ~ Our Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskeys are offered as a Cask Strength release. Once our traditional sweet mash process is distilled in our column stills we enter the barrel at the lowest entry proof we know of in Kentucky. We barrel at 100 proof and 105 proof to highlight the balance of the distillate and alternate solubility expression we get from the barrel at a lower proof.

Whiskey distilled in Indiana, finished by Spiritech, a spirits house here in Santa Rosa. Then, loose leaf chamomile flowers from Starwest Botanicals (Egypt) are added. Next raw, unfiltered honey from Colorado is added. It's then finished off with house made Orange & Angostura bitters.

A small batch bourbon from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, packaged in an unusual, and rather smart Pot Still shaped bottle. Nose is delicate and refined; palate is quite graceful. An easy drinking whiskey. Balanced flavors of creaminess, spiciness and floral. Finish has mint, spice and earthy wood character.

Dovetail is a blend of 10-11-year-old whiskey finished in Dunn Vinyards cabernet barrels and an 11-year-old bourbon finished in black strap rum casks and LBV port pipes. Barrell Craft Spirits spend almost a year perfecting the blend before settling on the final product. This is a cask-strength release, bottled at 124.34 proof.

Notes from the Distiller- The Knappogue Castle Cask Finish Series is a range of single malts finished in the finest wine casks. The Marchesi di Barolo limited release is matured in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years, then further aged in casks from the renowned Barolo Winery.
