Producer Notes ~ "In 2012, co-founder Hamish Martin and his wife Liberty bought a derelict 7.5 acre plot of land on the outskirts of Edinburgh, it was there they laid the roots of The Secret Herb Garden. As a Herbologist, Hamish spent his time experimenting with the botanicals he so lovingly nurtured. It was from this exploration into the botanicals that he discovered something mesmerising; the true magic of nature. In 2017, they released their range of Secret Garden Gins and now continue to create even more natural products using the botanicals grown in their very own Secret Herb Garden. Part of the Secret Garden range from Old Curiosity distillery, Pink Elderflower and Jasmine gin is a delicately floral spirit, with sweet fruity flavours. The palate offers notes earthy juniper, delicate elderflower, jasmine and sweet summer fruits.

We know, Tito's can be purchased almost anywhere spirits are sold, and let's be honest - there are more interesting Vodka's out there. But as a basic platform for cocktails Tito's is hard to beat. Producer Notes ~ "This aperitif tastes like an old-fashioned without the bite - it's rich with baking spices, bittersweet from our burnt caramel, and has a touch of citrus from the orange peels. We love to sip it over ice at the beginning of the evening, or mix it in a cocktail wherever you would use sweet vermouth. Ingredients: 2020 Mendocino County Chardonnay, Grape Spirits, Madagascar Vanilla Bean Extract, Burnt Caramel, Fresh Valencia Orange Peels, Dried Valencia Orange Peels, Cacao Nibs, Clove, Ceylon and Saigon Cinnamon, Star Anise. 18% ABV"

Producer notes ~ "Made in California’s San Joaquin Valley from a blend of dry white wine that includes Orange Muscat, Vya Extra Dry is carefully hand infused at Quady Winery with a selection of over fifteen dried herbs. In Vya Extra Dry the flowers and leaves of the plants are used for the infusion, whereas in the Vya Sweet, the roots and seeds of different plants are used. The flowers and leaves of different plants make Vya Extra Dry powerfully herbaceous, crisp, and refreshing. A few of the herbs used include lavender, linden, sage, orris, alfalfa, and angelica. Fresh and aromatic, Vya Extra Dry wakes up the taste buds, and makes a wet martini or an aperitif on the rocks that livens up the end of the day."

The Home Base Bitter, Winter Batch 1 liqueur has a Pinot Grigio brandy base and is infused with winter-harvested citrus, fruits and botanicals. It is sweetened in part with oleo saccharum and gentian root is the main bittering agent.

Predominant aromas of sweet citrus fruit with hints of ginger, exotic flowers and spices are supported by a framework of cinchona bark and bitter root extracts. Adds refreshing fruit flavors and crisp bitterness to a variety of cocktails. Pairs especially well with sparkling wine and aged spirits. Works best with bubbles, rye & bourbon.

This vino amaro aperitif drinks like a combination of amaro and an oloroso sherry. Cardamaro is a base Moscato wine with an infusion of herbs, mainly of cardoon and Roman thistle. Flavors of ginger, artichoke, and a touch of sweetness on the palate make this a fine way to start your evening.

Cointreau is an orange-flavoured triple sec liqueur produced in Saint-Barthélemy-d'Anjou, France. It is consumed as an apéritif and digestif, and is a component of several well-known cocktails. It was originally called Curaçao Blanco Triple Sec. Despite the orange bottle, Cointreau is colourless.

Allspice is a critical element of tropical drinks and cuisine. The berry, called “pimento” in Jamaica, gets its modern name from its flavors of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pepper. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram is a traditional preparation made with smoky Jamaican pot-still rum. Famous with bourbon in the Lion’s Tail. Use Allspice Dram in rum punches, as the base note of numerous tropical drinks, in mulled wine or the seasoning for sangria. Great with grapefruit or pineapple juice drinks and in coffee.

Amaro Nonino Quintessentia is produced in the Friuli region of northeastern Italy. This grappa-based amaro is infused with an array of roots and spices, including licorice, rhubarb, and tamarind, then aged for five years in oak barrels. At 35% ABV, Amaro Nonino is a bit less sweet, yet just as easy-drinking, as other amari.

Infusion of selected botanicals ennobled with ÙE Monovitigno Fragolino from the Nonino Vineyard in Buttrio. Taste: Citrous freshness with floral, fruity and balsamic notes. Slightly bitter. Fresh and lively aperitif. Ideal in purity on the rocks, with ice and a twist of lime, or as a light drink, with 4 cl. of L’Aperitivo Nonino, 4 cl. of sparkling wine, ice and lemon peel. Excellent also as a cocktail ingredient.

Producer notes ~ Our Absinthe Verte is produced following the traditions of 19th Century European master distillers. That means we start with a grape distillate base (in our case, this means imported Chilean Pisco) and add the required ingredients to constitute absinthe: anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood.

Angostura Aromatic Bitters is a true classic and an integral part of every cocktail cabinet. The bitters are used in countless cocktail recipes to balance out acidity and take the edge off spirits while adding complexity and intensifying flavor. No mai tai, old fashioned, pink gin, or Manhattan can be without it. "A cocktail cabinet without Angostura is like a kitchen without salt and pepper." The bitterness comes from gentian, along with a combination of other spices. Its palate-cleansing and digestive properties are an added bonus.
