Producer notes ~ "We finished our straight rye whiskey in Extra Añejo Tequila barrels. The result is remarkably unique tequila finished whiskey with notes of agave and vanilla on the nose and honey, peppercorn and orange citrus to taste. Pairing tequila and whiskey is always a risky move, but this was a risk worth the reward."More info
Producer notes ~ "The Sazerac 6 Year Rye Whiskey is distilled at the famous Buffalo Trace Distillery. It’s known as baby Saz because of its famed older brother and member of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection, Sazerac 18. It has a mashbill of 51% rye, 39% corn and 10% malted barley. Nose is citrusy and full of allspice. Even though it is young, palate has an old feeling with a great thickness. Spices and citrus is still on. Finish is short, dry and sweet."More info
Producer notes ~ "Organic toasted cacao nibs bring this blend to life and, with just a hint of spice and oak, imparts the essence of chocolate into any drink. Truly a necessity in any well stocked bar."More info

Producer notes ~ "At first blush, scents of cooked and raw agave accompanied by light herbal and citrus notes infused with the fresh essence of ripe fruit, similar to the fragrances present in silver tequila. Followed by gentle vanilla, very light touches of nuts, dried fruit, raisins and prunes, sweet flowery fragrances and woody notes from the barrels, light tinges of ripe pear and banana that sustain a harmonious balance between the two levels of flavor in the glass." Siete Leguas has been producing fine Tequila since 1952 . . .More info

38% ABV. Aged 18 months in American white oak barrels, previously used in ageing Whisky.
Appearence ~ Intense straw yellow color, slightly amber with golden flashes. Medium-bodied.
Aroma ~ Sweet cooked agave, crème Brulée, vanilla and caramel that give way to subtle aromas of cinnamon, red pepper and spices.
Taste ~ Sweet and spicy. Cooked Agave, Cocoa and vanilla combined with pepper, walnut and some berries. Vegetables and Woody notes. A soft, silky and very long finish with spices persisting in the back of the palate.
Comments ~ A perfectly balanced tequila; is recommended neat or in the rocks to appreciate its complexity of flavors, but also mixes very well.
40% ABV. Appearance ~ Bright Crystal color with silver tones, nice bodied.
Aroma ~ The first impression is herbal with hints of mint and anise, followed by white pepper and spices (cinnamon and clove); mild citrus notes. If allowed to breathe in the glass, apple and floral notes appear.
Taste ~ Cooked Agave, mint, pepper, with a residual sweetness (white chocolate) and slightly herbaceous. Presents a long final, spicy and sweet at the same time. Very complex and rounded.
Comments ~ The essence of Agave. Who do not enjoy Tapatío Blanco, could very well stop drinking tequila, because this is exactly what silver (blanco) tequila should be.
38% ABV. Aged 4-6 months in American white oak barrels, previously used in ageing Bourbon.
Appearence ~ Pale straw yellow color; luminous, with golden and slightly greenish tones. Medium bodied due to its lower alcoholic content.
Aroma ~ Fruity, intense cooked Agave, apple, pear, vanilla and caramel, slightly smoky. White pepper comes in a subtle form. Allowed to breath it becomes creamy with hints of butter. Spices such as clove and sandalwood.
Taste ~ The sweetness of the cooked Agave flavors predominate; herbal, pepper, slightly smoked with notes of caramel, cocoa, vanilla and nuts (walnut, peanut, hazelnut). A very soft & smooth, yet spicy finish.
Comments ~ A very well balanced tequila between the spicy and the sweet flavors. Perfect for a Margarita cocktail, but also to enjoy neat or on the rocks.

Producer notes ~ "Made in California’s San Joaquin Valley from a blend of dry white wine that includes Orange Muscat, Vya Extra Dry is carefully hand infused at Quady Winery with a selection of over fifteen dried herbs. In Vya Extra Dry the flowers and leaves of the plants are used for the infusion, whereas in the Vya Sweet, the roots and seeds of different plants are used. The flowers and leaves of different plants make Vya Extra Dry powerfully herbaceous, crisp, and refreshing. A few of the herbs used include lavender, linden, sage, orris, alfalfa, and angelica. Fresh and aromatic, Vya Extra Dry wakes up the taste buds, and makes a wet martini or an aperitif on the rocks that livens up the end of the day."More info
Producer notes ~ "Vya Sweet is a blend including Tinta Roriz, Orange Muscat and dry white wine. It is hand infused at Quady Winery with a selection of over seventeen herbs and spices. The botanicals in Vya Sweet come from those parts of plants where energy is concentrated: seeds, bark, and roots. These components tend to have bitter elements which in the taste of Vya Sweet are balanced with sweetness. The balance of bitter and sweet, and the warm energy from the botanicals pair fantastically with whiskey, especially with rye."More info
Producer notes ~ "The smooth and warming flavours present in Northland come from the unhurried way in which the spirit is made, and from the maturation, which takes place in American oak quarter casks. Matured and bottled on site, Northland represents the first chapter in the history of Wolfburn. Non chill-filtered @ 46% ABV. Wolfburn is the most northerly whisky distillery on the Scottish mainland, and our master craftsmen fashion their whisky the same way it has always been made: by hand, using only the finest ingredients, and without haste."More info
Producer notes ~ "Our latest addition to the Woody Creek family of spirits has been years in the making. Our much-anticipated Colorado Bourbon, aged a minimum of four years in deeply charred new American oak, has just enough spice to get your attention, with hints of cinnamon, caramel, and honey in the background. Settle in to its complex personality and satisfyingly long finish, and you’ll agree that it was certainly worth the wait.More info

Allspice is a critical element of tropical drinks and cuisine. The berry, called “pimento” in Jamaica, gets its modern name from its flavors of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pepper. Use Allspice Dram in rum punches, as the base note of numerous tropical drinks, in mulled wine or the seasoning for sangria. Great with grapefruit or pineapple juice drinks and in coffee.More info

In line with the traditional Italian style, the spirit centers around major flavor components: bitterness from gentian root and sweetness from cane sugar. Citrus is the third major component, so they add distilled coriander and grapefruit peels to give it a bright, citrus aroma. They then mix these components with a variety of fragrant flowering botanicals, including hyssop and Artemsia pontica. The color comes from cochineal (insects), which adds the vibrant red color that one expects from a traditional Aperitivo as it has been used in spirits for hundreds of years.More info
