Producer Notes ~ "This inaugural release of the Stellum Black Specialty Equinox was created using Stellum Bourbon. We slowly layered in rare sets of bourbon barrels, step by step, until the evening of the Vernal Equinox, when the blend was completed in honor of the changing seasons."More info
Producer Notes ~ "Stellum Bourbon finds its flavor in the tension of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye, with the third being almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee are folded in slowly, through a multi-step blending process. This brings added layers of depth and complexity, ultimately allowing us to round out a uniquely Stellum flavor profile.More info
Producer notes ~ "Toki is a blend of Yamazaki's three distilleries, Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Toki means "time" in Japanese. It's a concept rich in meaning the world over, but particularly in Japan where respect for tradition and reinvention sparks a powerful creative energy. Inspired by that interplay, Suntory Whisky Toki brings together old and new - the House of Suntory's proud heritage and its innovative spirit - to create blended Japanese whisky that is both groundbreaking and timeless. Silky with a subtle, sweet and spicy finish.More info

Aroma ~ Sweet cooked agave, crème Brulée, vanilla and caramel that give way to subtle aromas of cinnamon, red pepper and spices.
Taste ~ Sweet and spicy. Cooked Agave, Cocoa and vanilla combined with pepper, walnut and some berries. Vegetables and Woody notes. A soft, silky and very long finish with spices persisting in the back of the palate.
Comments ~ A perfectly balanced tequila; is recommended neat or in the rocks to appreciate its complexity of flavors, but also mixes very well.
40% ABV. Appearance ~ Bright Crystal color with silver tones, nice bodied.
Aroma ~ The first impression is herbal with hints of mint and anise, followed by white pepper and spices (cinnamon and clove); mild citrus notes. If allowed to breathe in the glass, apple and floral notes appear.
Taste ~ Cooked Agave, mint, pepper, with a residual sweetness (white chocolate) and slightly herbaceous. Presents a long final, spicy and sweet at the same time. Very complex and rounded.
Comments ~ The essence of Agave. Who do not enjoy Tapatío Blanco, could very well stop drinking tequila, because this is exactly what silver (blanco) tequila should be.
38% ABV. Aged 4-6 months in American white oak barrels, previously used in ageing Bourbon.
Appearence ~ Pale straw yellow color; luminous, with golden and slightly greenish tones. Medium bodied due to its lower alcoholic content.
Aroma ~ Fruity, intense cooked Agave, apple, pear, vanilla and caramel, slightly smoky. White pepper comes in a subtle form. Allowed to breath it becomes creamy with hints of butter. Spices such as clove and sandalwood.
Taste ~ The sweetness of the cooked Agave flavors predominate; herbal, pepper, slightly smoked with notes of caramel, cocoa, vanilla and nuts (walnut, peanut, hazelnut). A very soft & smooth, yet spicy finish.
Comments ~ A very well balanced tequila between the spicy and the sweet flavors. Perfect for a Margarita cocktail, but also to enjoy neat or on the rocks.
2021 Agave Harvest, La Ladera Single Estate. Producer Notes ~ "The Tequila Ocho story begins with the Camarena family, who started making tequila in 1937 and are now in their third generation as tequila producers. This family is one of the few producers that still make tequila in the slow, artisanal way. With the Camarenas nothing is rushed or hurried during the whole process, from the growth of the agave to the final distillation. Tequila Ocho is a joint partnership between the Camarenas and Tomas Estes. Estes, the creator and owner of Mexican bars and restaurants since 1976 is a higly respected personality in the bar and spirits world.More info

Producer notes ~ "Made in California’s San Joaquin Valley from a blend of dry white wine that includes Orange Muscat, Vya Extra Dry is carefully hand infused at Quady Winery with a selection of over fifteen dried herbs. In Vya Extra Dry the flowers and leaves of the plants are used for the infusion, whereas in the Vya Sweet, the roots and seeds of different plants are used. The flowers and leaves of different plants make Vya Extra Dry powerfully herbaceous, crisp, and refreshing. A few of the herbs used include lavender, linden, sage, orris, alfalfa, and angelica. Fresh and aromatic, Vya Extra Dry wakes up the taste buds, and makes a wet martini or an aperitif on the rocks that livens up the end of the day."More info

Allspice is a critical element of tropical drinks and cuisine. The berry, called “pimento” in Jamaica, gets its modern name from its flavors of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pepper. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram is a traditional preparation made with smoky Jamaican pot-still rum. Famous with bourbon in the Lion’s Tail. Use Allspice Dram in rum punches, as the base note of numerous tropical drinks, in mulled wine or the seasoning for sangria. Great with grapefruit or pineapple juice drinks and in coffee.More info

Producer notes ~ Our Absinthe Verte is produced following the traditions of 19th Century European master distillers. That means we start with a grape distillate base (in our case, this means imported Chilean Pisco) and add the required ingredients to constitute absinthe: anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood.More info
