Stellum Bourbon, Equinox #1, Kentucky, Tennessee, (750ml)
Producer Notes ~ "This inaugural release of the Stellum Black Specialty Equinox was created using Stellum Bourbon. We slowly layered in rare sets of bourbon barrels, step by step, until the evening of the Vernal Equinox, when the blend was completed in honor of the changing seasons."
More infoStellum Bourbon, Kentucky & Tennessee (750ml)
Producer Notes ~ "Stellum Bourbon finds its flavor in the tension of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye, with the third being almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee are folded in slowly, through a multi-step blending process. This brings added layers of depth and complexity, ultimately allowing us to round out a uniquely Stellum flavor profile.

It's a concept rich in meaning the world over, but particularly in Japan where respect for tradition and reinvention sparks a powerful creative energy. Inspired by that interplay, Suntory Whisky Toki brings together old and new - the House of Suntory's proud heritage and its innovative spirit - to create blended Japanese whisky that is both groundbreaking and timeless. Silky with a subtle, sweet and spicy finish.

Tapatio Tequila Blanco, Jalisco, Mexico (750ml)
Producer notes:
40% ABV. Appearance ~ Bright Crystal color with silver tones, nice bodied.

Taste ~ Cooked Agave, mint, pepper, with a residual sweetness (white chocolate) and slightly herbaceous. Presents a long final, spicy and sweet at the same time. Very complex and rounded.
Comments ~ The essence of Agave. Who do not enjoy Tapatío Blanco, could very well stop drinking tequila, because this is exactly what silver (blanco) tequila should be.
Tapatio Tequila Reposado, Jalisco, Mexico (750ml)
Producer notes:
38% ABV. Aged 4-6 months in American white oak barrels, previously used in ageing Bourbon.
Appearence ~ Pale straw yellow color; luminous, with golden and slightly greenish tones. Medium bodied due to its lower alcoholic content.
