Producer notes ~ "Probus is a blend of 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Franc. The wine has an intense ruby color with purple reflections. A very rich bouquet with noticeable notes of black currant, liqueur cherry, dark blueberries and accents of forest litter and cocoa. In the mouth, a velvety structure and a complex, sophisticated finish that stays in your memory for a long time.
The Azienda Agricola Ai Galli estate was established about 70 years ago, now covers 50 hectares of vineyards located in the DOC (Controlled Designation of Origin) Lison-Pramaggiore.
