75 cases made, whole cluster ferment on native yeast, concrete tank, no wood. A California version of a Cru Beaujolais. Byron Kosuge has been making this zesty Gamay Noir from a small vineyard block in the Carneros for a few years now, and we have been impressed with every vintage.
