Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a fine introduction to Japanese whiskies. Single malt whiskies from Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries are blended with grain whisky from Chita distillery. 24 faceted bottle represents the Japanese seasons. A light and approachable whisky.

Nose has orange blossom, apricot marmelade, subtle spiceness including shaved oak. Decanting brings out cloves and cinnamon. Palate is light bodied, has honey-like sweetness with apricots, orange peel and grapefruit. Balanced and peppery at the end. Finish is lingering, Mizunara impact with coconut, flowers and orange like citrus.
