Seedlip is working with the natural world to change the way the world drinks! In 1651, a physician named John French published The Art of Distillation, documenting these non-alcoholic recipes. At that same time, a family in Lincolnshire had started farming, hand-sowing seeds using baskets called ‘seedlips’. Fast forward a few hund years, Ben Branson stumbled upon John French’s recipes. He was inspired to purchase a small copper still and experiment with distilling herbs grown in his garden at home. Seedlip Garden 108 is a floral blend of peas & hay, with traditional herb distillates in celebration of the English countryside. Seedlip Garden 108 captures the essence of the English countryside with sophisticated top notes of Peas & Hay with a complex herbal base character of spearmint, Rosemary & Thyme.
