Made right here on San Francisco's Treasure Island in small batches with meticulous attention to detail . . . Producer Notes ~ "This aperitif tastes like an old-fashioned without the bite - it's rich with baking spices, bittersweet from our burnt caramel, and has a touch of citrus from the orange peels. We love to sip it over ice at the beginning of the evening, or mix it in a cocktail wherever you would use sweet vermouth. Ingredients: 2020 Mendocino County Chardonnay, Grape Spirits, Madagascar Vanilla Bean Extract, Burnt Caramel, Fresh Valencia Orange Peels, Dried Valencia Orange Peels, Cacao Nibs, Clove, Ceylon and Saigon Cinnamon, Star Anise. 18% ABV"

This is delicious as a spritzer with equal parts Veso and Ginger Beer. Add a splash of club soda and garnish with a slice of orange. ~ The Mission Bay Team
