Winemaker Mike Roth founded Lo-Fi Wines in 2013 with his longtime friend Craig Winchester with the goal of making everyday drinking wines that pair well with food, are low intervention and lower alcohol. Only two years later Mike was named one of the SF Chronicle’s Winemakers to Watch in 2015. 

Lo-Fi (short for low-fidelity) is truly low tech. Following the principles of natural winemaking, they use native yeasts, whole cluster fermentation, and little to no additional sulfur. Their love of carbonic maceration gives a beautiful lift and brightness to their wines. Just as refreshing as the wines, are their prices. As they like to say, “less is more” and there is plenty here to enjoy.

For Mike and Craig, wine is a lot like music and can be filled with “resonance, distortion, simplicity, modesty, intimacy and ingenious integrity of the natural process.” Come enjoy this pure and natural expression of winemaking with us!

The Price of the flight is $17 for five 2-ounce Pours. Wine Club Members will pay only $15 for the flight.
