In 2007 an old, pre-Prohibition, historic Dresel wine estate in Sonoma County was restored into a modern-day wine property. With revitalized, organically farmed vineyards, it became home to Scribe Winery, now operated by fourth generation California farmers (and brothers) Andrew and Adam Mariani. The brothers’ shared goals are to genuinely honor the property’s fascinating past, and to cultivate responsibly for the future. They think of themselves as “scribes of the land”. 
The Marianis have made quite a name for themselves and for their minimal intervention, terroir-driven varietal wines. Their very popular and stunning estate welcomes visitors in a convivial, relaxed manner without a traditional tasting room or more typical winery set-up. 
We have hosted many popular flight nights at Ferry Plaza with either Adam or Andrew—but never both—and are thrilled to bring the dynamic duo to Mission Bay!

The featured flight wines will be served as two-ounce pours and 5-ounce glasses.
