"Unlike other London Dry Gins available today, we still craft our award-winning gin over 2 days, staying absolutely true to our family’s heritage. The result of this artisan method is a fresh crisp elegant gin with refreshing notes from juniper, subtle exotic spice and a lively citrus finish. Hayman’s London Dry is the perfect partner for tonic. We believe that a Gin and Tonic should always be balanced in measure to ensure that the gin flavours shine through. We recommend one-part gin to two-parts tonic. Make, serve and drink in one of our stylish G&T glasses based on an art deco design from the 1920s. Garnish with lemon or any other citrus fruit."
Producer notes ~ "43% ABV / 86 Proof 64% Corn 15% Rye 21% Malted Barley We begin by fermenting a traditional sour mash of corn and rye at colder temperatures, but without the aid of refrigeration. Fermentation takes more time this way, but results in a softer whiskey and develops subtle flavors such as vanilla, pear, and raspberry. We then distill the mash in our small batch copper potstill on grain to extract fuller and rounder flavors from the corn and rye. Finally, we barrel the distillate at the Pre-Prohibition standard of 98 proof, so that the barrel may add subtle notes of oak and vanilla and does not overpower the finished whiskey."More info
This is the fourth new brand extension in the 1792 portfolio. The actual Mashbill is undisclosed but rumored to be around 75% corn, 15% rye, 10% malted barley. Described by Barton as a “high rye” bourbon, the bourbon used in this bottling skipped the traditional chill filtering that Barton normally uses, and instead was only passed through a plate and frame filter. This bourbon’s name is derived from the fact that it’s been bottled at it’s original 125 barrel entry proof. This full proof bourbon earned a Silver medal at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and 93 points at the 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge. Tasting Notes: Strong and full of flavor, this bold bourbon boasts an incredible deep and smoky taste, superbly balanced with sweet vanilla and notes of caramel.More info

One of the lightest and gentlest amari, with orange and rosewater notes, Montenegro was named to commemorate the marriage of Princess Helen of Montenegro to Italy's King Victor Emmanuel III in 1896. Amaro Montenegro, "the liqueur of the virtues", was created in 1885 thanks to the lengthy, impassioned experiments of a famous distiller and herbalist, Stanislao Cobianchi. In its over 100 years of history, Amaro Montenegro has seen its success grow continuously up to the present day, now being one of the leading brands on the Italian market."More info
Prioducer notes ~ "Banks 7 Island Blend Golden Rum gets its backbone from Trinidad, its complexity from Jamaica, its zest from Guyana, its spice from Barbados, and its unique exotic aroma and exceptionally long finish from Javanese rum Batavia Arrack. The high altitude sugar cane yields from Guatemala give Banks® 7 Island Blend Golden Rum its aromas of toasted nuts, and Panama adds a classic dry flavor profile with a hint of wood. As a result Banks 7 Island Blend Golden Rum is a complex, full flavored blend that has a drier profile than most golden rums, allowing it to stand out above anything in the category. 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold Meda."More info
Producer notes ~ "100% MALTED RYE, 45% ABV, BATCH 4. This is a rich and spicy one of a kind American whiskey. It’s a creamy and mouthwatering whiskey full of rye bread and baking spice flavors, with a sweet nose of maple and light vanilla. Aged in new, heavy char American oak barrels. What is a ‘single malt rye whiskey’ and why don’t you see more of them? It’s a very difficult whiskey to make. The term ‘single malt’ means that it is a whiskey made from a single malted grain from a single distillery.More info
Producer notes ~ "Barrell Bourbon Batch 031 is a blend of 6, 7, 10, 15 and 16-year-old barrels. The blend was built around the sweetness in a group of 99% corn bourbon barrels and a group of wheated bourbon barrels. To bridge these two groupings, we layered in 15 and 16-year-old barrels for their gentle nuttiness and oak. Finally, a selection of 10-year-old barrels was added to bring notes of milk chocolate and tropical fruit. 2,371 bottles produced, 55.6% ABV"More info

From a firm established in 1836 by Edmond Briottet, this wonderful liqueur is made with bananas from Costa Rica which are hand-peeled to expose their pulp. They are then macerated in neutral alcohol derived from sugar beets to release the ripe banana flavor. A great ingredient in a variety of cocktail recipes, as suggested by Briottet here: Try the “After Sex” cocktail: 3 cl of vodka, 2 cl of Briottet Banana liqueur, orange juice, 0.5 cl of Briottet Poppy Liqueur and a pinch of sugar. Put the ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes and top it up with orange juice. 25% ABV.More info

Producer notes ~ "Juniper introduces Citadelle’s signature botanical from the outset, then opens up to bright citrus notes that enhances the juniper berry’s freshness. The finish leans more exotic… long and spicy thanks to touches of pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. Citadelle Original is our very first gin, the French gin par excellence. Dry and structured, it strikes a perfect balance between finesse and intensity. It has been the signature expression of our savoir-faire since 1996."More info

Producer notes ~ "The purest expression of Blue Weber agave, our Blanco is authentic and approachable with a delicate minerality and gentle aroma derived from agave and spring water from our own farm, collected rainwater, and our Grandfather’s yeast. These are the only ingredients in G4. Clear, crisp flavors and a silky texture make it a hit with tequila lovers across the board. We learned the great tradition of tequila making from our ancestors, who have been farming agave in Los Altos de Jalisco since the 1860s. We value what we’ve learned from them, but with deep understanding also comes new ideas. We take pride in combining the best traditional techniques with our own innovative methods. The American Praire story ~ "High West Distillery is passionate about the American West’s natural beauty. That’s why we want to raise awareness of one of the most fantastic projects of our time: the American Prairie Reserve in northeastern Montana. This is an amazing effort to assemble the largest wildlife reserve in the lower 48 states. When stepping onto the plains of American Prairie Reserve, it’s easy to imagine the landscape as Lewis and Clark and Native Americans saw it, with thundering herds of bison, racing bands of pronghorn antelope and prairie dog towns dotting the horizon. When complete, the Reserve will be approximately 5,000 square miles; larger than Yellowstone, Yosemite, and Grand Teton National Parks combined. Go to americanprairie.org to learn how to visit and support this worthy cause."More info
Producer notes ~ "This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow - fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There’s a hint of freshly-baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you’ll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.More info

Producer notes ~ "Founded during the American Revolution and distilled over 3 family generations, the Pepper family brand of whiskey is one of the oldest & most iconic brands of whiskey made in Kentucky. The historic James E. Pepper Distillery in Lexington operated until 1958, when production ceased and both the distillery and brand were abandoned for over 50 years. After a campaign of extensive historical research, a project began to re-launch the brand and rebuild the distillery. The brand was relaunched in 2008 and in December of 2017 the iconic distillery, DSP-KY-5, began distilling whiskey once more using historic recipes and locally grown grain. Located in downtown Lexington, the Pepper Distillery is in the heart of the Distillery District, a revitalized neighborhood and vibrant entertainment district featuring restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries and more. The limited-quantity Single Barrel Rye Whiskey contains some of their best barrels. Crafted from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, this straight rye is double oaked, meaning it goes for a second round of maturation in heavily toasted Kentucky oak barrels that have been air-dried for 2 years. It's a rich and complex 4-year-old rye that is bottled at 110 proof."More info

Notes from Jura: A whisky only Jura could make, born of our island and still produced today in a bottle originally shaped to withstand the roughest of journeys from our home. Crafted in exceptionally tall stills and matured for 10 years in America White Oak ex bourbon barrels. The finishing touch is a finish in the finest aged Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. A sweet, smooth whisky with flavors of rich dark chocolate and vanilla cream throughout.More info
Notes from Jura: The ability of Jura’s tiny island community to reimagine and reinvent has allowed our distillery to thrive. Such vision has brought to life this complex single malt - a fitting tribute to our Master Blender’s skill. Thanks to the forestry commission, sawmill and cooperage in France, we use the finest virgin French oak casks to enhance our whisky. This unique whisky, which carries no age statement, is “influenced by seven select French and American Oak barrels.” It is initially matured in first-fill American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in six different French Oak casks — Limousin, Tronçais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles, and Les Bertranges, all wood-producing regions in the country. Of special note, none of these casks have been used as wine casks — though it’s unclear what exactly they have been used for before ending up at Jura. Aromas of new lumber, roasted meat, allspice, and savory herbs are exotic but can be a bit daunting, muscling out the more approachable, sweeter aromas one might otherwise expect. The palate has a bit of sweetness at first, but with even a little time in glass this tends to dissipate. As it develops, the palate takes on a leathery, mushroom note, with flavors of hemp seed, bacon, and more toasty wood notes backing that up. Quite drying, it finishes on a spicy note that recalls allspice and layers in cloves and nutmeg.More info

A happy recent discovery for us . . . Producer notes ~ "The history of Nordés, Galicia’s very own gin, began with a group of friends and a dish of octopus. Producer notes ~ "Classic cocktails demand classic liqueurs and no liqueur is more classical than the Pierre Ferrand Dry Orange Curaçao. Crafted in consultation with cocktail historian David Wondrich and based on a 19th century recipe, it is a traditional French “triple sec” – thee separate distillations of spices and the “sec” or bitter, peels of Curacao oranges blended with brandy and Ferrand Cognac. The result is a rich, complex and balanced liqueur that will bring new sophistication to your Punches, Slings, Fizzes and, of course Cocktails. It is also delicious straight up or on ice."More info
