Producer notes ~ "43% ABV / 86 Proof 64% Corn 15% Rye 21% Malted Barley We begin by fermenting a traditional sour mash of corn and rye at colder temperatures, but without the aid of refrigeration. Fermentation takes more time this way, but results in a softer whiskey and develops subtle flavors such as vanilla, pear, and raspberry. We then distill the mash in our small batch copper potstill on grain to extract fuller and rounder flavors from the corn and rye. Finally, we barrel the distillate at the Pre-Prohibition standard of 98 proof, so that the barrel may add subtle notes of oak and vanilla and does not overpower the finished whiskey."More info
Producer notes ~ "The 12 year-old expression is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp, citrus character of Aberlour’s new distillate is deftly softened by double cask maturation. Traditional Oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour."More info
Producer Notes ~ "A smooth finish 4 years in the making. This is a blend of 2, 3 and 4 year old Bourbon, finished no less than 3 months in wine barrels which previously held several vintages of Ammunition Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon. This unique process imparts a sweetness and tannin unlike that of any other bourbon. You can smell it on the nose and see it with your eyes.More info
Sometimes there is nothing better than an Aperol spritz on a warm summer evening. The bitterness of the Aperol mixed with the bright, fresh pear-scented Prosecco makes for a highly addictive aperitif! To make a perfect spritz, fill a wine glass with ice, combine equal parts Aperol and Prosecco, add a dash of club soda and garnish with an orange slice. Saluti!More info
Arette Reposado is distilled from 100% Blue Agave. It is aged for approximately 6 months in American white oak. Translating from their Spanish only web site, here are the highlights: Arette's distillery is in the heart of Jalisco, and is one of the oldest in the region. It is run today by brothers Jaime y Eduardo Orendain, descendents of multiple generations of Tequila distillers. The name honors Arete, the horse that General Humberto Mariles Cortés rode to a Gold in the Team Jumping event at the 1948 Summer Olympics games in London. ~ Peter GranoffMore info
Producer Notes ~ "Seagrass highlights the grassy oceanside notes we love in rye and the opulence and spice of finishing barrels. It is a blend of American and Canadian rye whiskeys, with each ingredient meticulously sourced and finished separately in Martinique Rhum, Madeira & apricot brandy barrels. BCS is proud to announce a collaboration with The Ocean Foundation. Special hangtags will be placed on select bottles of Barrell Seagrass. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these bottles will be donated to The Ocean Foundation to contribute to the conservation and restoration of seagrass." (59.7% ABV)More info
Producer notes ~ "Barrell Bourbon Batch 031 is a blend of 6, 7, 10, 15 and 16-year-old barrels. The blend was built around the sweetness in a group of 99% corn bourbon barrels and a group of wheated bourbon barrels. To bridge these two groupings, we layered in 15 and 16-year-old barrels for their gentle nuttiness and oak. Finally, a selection of 10-year-old barrels was added to bring notes of milk chocolate and tropical fruit. 2,371 bottles produced, 55.6% ABV"More info
Producer notes ~ "100% Fresh pressed sugarcane juice rum aged 18 months in Tennesse Rye Oak, distilled and filtered once. Aging brings flavors of Rye Whiskey and wood into the light bright palette of Batiste Rhum. An exceptional sipper and cocktail ingredient. Tasting Notes: A deeper shade of gold. Sweet on the nose, this sipper retains notes of caramel, hot toffee and rye whiskey on the palate. The finish is long-lasting."
Producer notes ~ "Bimini is a modern American gin. While older traditional gins have their place, tastes have changed since the 19th century when many of their recipes were formulated. Bimini breaks away from tradition. It’s not a complex recipe with fancy exotic ingredients you’ve never heard of; Bimini Gin is handcrafted using a few familiar key botanical's— grapefruit zest, hops, coriander seed—that taste bright and citrus-y with a beautiful floral aroma that you’ll continue to savor after the glass is empty. Bimini was made to taste good on a warm sunny day. Period.More info
Producer Notes ~ "Bols Genever Barrel Aged is aged on French oak casks for 18 months. Rich and rounded malty flavour with tones of oak, hints of juniper and a fruity, complex finish. Made in small batches, according to the original 19th century Lucas Bols recipe.More info
Producer Notes ~ "When the sea air from the Mediterranean meets the mountain air from the Alps, high concentrations of essential oils give unique and extraordinary aromatic properties to the juniper, which is foraged in the Occitan Alpine Valleys of Italy. Since the last century, Bordiga has distilled the juniper handpicked in the Occitan valleys, to produce what can be called among the oldest Italian gin recipes: Gin Occitan, recently joined by premium, modern recipes born from Bordiga creativity and respectful of its tradition and quality. The production process of the juniper distillation is totally carried out in Bordiga."More info
Producer Notes ~ "On the steep precarious hillsides of Oaxaca, Guerrero, and Durango varieties of agave, indigenous to the region, grow wild and are heavily sought after by the local mezcaleros. These varietals produce flavors that are exotically intense, with rich earth tones and savory smokiness. From the heart of the maguey these flavors are traditionally extracted to produce mezcal that is 'wildly refined'. Because we at Bozal believe that something wild produces a far richer spirit.More info
From The Producer ~ "Broker’s Gin is a true London Dry Gin made in a 200-year-old distillery located in the heart of England, using a traditional copper pot still. The internationally sourced botanicals are steeped for 24 hours in a quadruple-distilled pure grain spirit, which is then distilled for a fifth time. With a recipe as old as the distillery itself, this celebrated brand was the first gin ever awarded a score of 97 at the prestigious Ultimate Spirits Challenge."More info

Bottling takes place in Campbeltown. This quality floral gin has a slight yellow tint due to the addition of the saffron. This valuable and rare ingredient is added post distillation."More info

An excellent value in Reposado Tequila. 100% Agave, double distilled, aged in American White Oak barrels.
Producer notes ~ "The numerous aromatic plants that go into the recipe of Antica Formula are extracted by hot infusion or cold extraction methods handed down through the centuries, depending on the raw material. These methods, along with the recipe itself, constitute the secret of this product. Antica Formula stands out thanks to its unique bouquet and its unmistakable notes of the best quality VANILLA from the tropical regions of Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and Tahiti. In fact, only the beans produced by the plant, and no other derivatives, are used in the recipe. Vanilla was known in Aztec times and has appetite-stimulating and digestive properties."More info
Producer notes ~ "Juniper introduces Citadelle’s signature botanical from the outset, then opens up to bright citrus notes that enhances the juniper berry’s freshness. The finish leans more exotic… long and spicy thanks to touches of pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. Citadelle Original is our very first gin, the French gin par excellence. Dry and structured, it strikes a perfect balance between finesse and intensity. It has been the signature expression of our savoir-faire since 1996."More info
Producer notes ~ "The ancient state of Stobcross was named after a historic cross which once marked the route to Dumbarton Rock. On this road, in the 1600s, the Anderson family built a fine mansion, Stobcross House, later going on to lay out the prosperous weaving village of Anderston. With time comes change, and in 1875, with the industrial rise of the River Clyde, Stobcross House was demolished to make way for the Queen’s Dock – once the beating heart of Glasgow’s global maritime trade and fame. Today in the Dock’s former Pumphouse, built-in 1877, that spirit of innovation continues with the combination of experience, passion, and skill to create The Clydeside Distillery’s first release, ‘Stobcross’ – a single malt, rooted in history. Time and tide might have changed the Clyde, but the city’s spirit of innovation and creation still burns bright. TASTING NOTES Nose: floral notes, fresh sweetness with tropical tones Palate: orchard fruits and hints of white pepper."More info
