Lucien Crochet is a third generation winegrower in Sancerre, the original estate havin g been assembled by his grandfathers in the 1950's. Le Chêne Marchand is a well-known vineyard site in the commune of Bué. It is fasmopus for its well-drained limestone known locally as "caillottes."
