Aged for a minimum of two years, this VS is a blend of eaux-de-vie from several regions. It has been made with only the most aromatic fractions from the heads of the second distillation, resulting in a high content of esters expressed as particularly fragrant fruity notes. It has been described by the Cellar Master as the 'quintessential Camus Cognac'."

Producer notes ~ "This exquisite Kavalan whisky has won several prestigious awards, including a gold at the World Whiskies Awards. The expression also received a Gold in its category at the International Spirits Challenge. Kavalan ex-Bourbon Oak dilutes Solist ex-Bourbon with Kavalan spring water to 46% strength. It is incredibly smooth with a soft sweetness, losing the harshness and the alcohol edge and lingering over those unique flavors. It is clean and fresh tropical fruitiness with pleasant vanilla, coconut and spices."

This is our own whisky selection from the Starward Single Barrel Release Program. Our French oak barrel was previously used to age Barossa Valley Shiraz.

A blend of aged rums from Guyana and Barbados, which are shipped to Williams & Humbert in Spain. The rums are then blended and aged for a further five years in ex-sherry casks (three years in Palo Cortado and two in Pedro Ximenez). Finally, the rum is then transferred to ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry butts for two years of aging.

A great 12 year old Demerara rum from El Dorado. This has won golds at the Caribbean Rum Taste Test in London 7 times in the first 10 years! There are nine stills at the distillery, and this is based around coffey still rum, and double wooden pot still rum.

Notes from the Distiller- The Knappogue Castle Cask Finish Series is a range of single malts finished in the finest wine casks. The Marchesi di Barolo limited release is matured in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years, then further aged in casks from the renowned Barolo Winery.

The Tyrconnell is double distilled, unlike the majority of Irish Whiksy's that are triple distilled. Their most recent foray into cask ageing is this sku, a 16-year-old single malt finished in Oloroso and Moscatel casks. The whiskey was matured for 16 years in ex-bourbon barrels before spending an undisclosed amount of time in wine casks from the Andalucía region of Spain. These casks were double seasoned, first with Oloroso sherry and then with Moscatel wine. The resulting whiskey is bright and vibrant, with floral, vanilla, raisin, and unsweetened dark chocolate notes on the palate.

On the nose, marmalade & sweet spices with sultanas. On the palate, pineapples & dark chocolate, followed by layers of Christmas cake, marmalade and sweet spices. A beautiful expression of aged whisky.

Notes from the Distillery ~ Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, has been working tirelessly on this new expression since day one; evaluating casks and refining recipes to create something special. We’re proud to present the jewel in our crown; the GlenAllachie 15 years old. The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural color. On the nose, there's a beautiful bouquet of raisins, butterscotch & baking spices, with tropical fruits, orange peel & dark chocolate on the palate.

Founded in 1881 by James Ford, James Greenlees, and William Robertson, Bunnahabhain, which in Gaelic means "river mouth", has had many closures and re-openings over the years. It is now operated by Burn Stewart Distillers. Bunnahabhain whiskies are lightly peated, and have a lot of salty marine tones.

Sherry seasoned oak casks define The Glenrothes single malt Scotch whisky. Almost 90% of casks maturing at this Speyside distillery have previously held sherry. Soleo is the traditional sun-drying process which creates the foundation for crafting the finest sherry. The Glenrothes 12 Year is a single malt from the brand's Soleo Collection. This collection ages entirely in sherry seasoned oak and is 100% natural color.
