Further Rye is named in honor of “Further,” a 1939 school bus that was owned by novelist Ken Kesey, author of best selling novel, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. The bus is symbolic of a time of change, and portions of sales from Further Bourbon and Rye are being used to restore the bus.

Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey finished in a port pipe.This is veteran master distiller Lincoln Henderson's newest creation, and it's a beauty. Richly textured, silky, and well-rounded, with ripe berried fruits, candied tangerine, light toffee, & maple syrup. Aged 4-6 years and bottled at 46.6% abv. Mash :72% corn, 18% rye, 10% malted barley.

Another heavy hitter from the folks at Sagamore Spirits in Baltimore, MD. Owner, Kevin Plank- CEO of Under Armour, sources the ryes from MGP. They blend two of the Indiana distillery’s expressions, one higher-rye and one lower, to emulate the traditional Maryland style.
