In the Moonsaill Fizz, passion fruit and bright citrus are tempered by smooth vanilla and spice. Made with a base of Bimini Gin, handcrafted in a small distillery in Biddeford, Maine, and inspired by summers on the coast, specially distilled for a softer juniper flavor. A modern American gin featuring a few familiar key botanicals— grapefruit zest, hops, coriander seed—that taste bright and citrusy with a beautiful floral aroma."

Producer Notes ~ "Our Solera Aged Rum finished rye whiskey started as an experimental project when we found ourselves with an excess of 5+ year rums from Trinidad, Venezuela, and Jamaica alongside a number of recently dumped bourbon casks a few years ago. After dumping the aged rum we decided to employ the Solera aging method, a technique for blending and aging from the old world to create a rum cask rye whiskey. Back then there were only one or two rum cask finished rye whiskies in the mainstream market, so it was natural for us to add to this underappreciated category. Spicy rye and fruity rums are a natural complement — think Caribbean spice cake.

Producer notes ~ "Very pale crystalline robe, tinged with gold. Generous, full, intense nose of citrus peel, underscored by menthol and balsamic notes. Aromas of mountain plants linger on the finish. Velvety texture with harmonious aromas of almond and fruit pit. Slightly bitter citrus base underlies and balances this elegant, lively vermouth with subtle persistence."

Producer Notes ~ "Produced with the old 100% artesenal techniques.The Tepextate maguey plant is a slow growing species. It grows patiently on sunny slopes, reaching maturity only after more than 25 years; therefore its production is very limited. It is characterized to contain the most delicate and complex flavors and aromas of the field. This is certainly a mezcal for discerning palates."

Producer Notes ~ "The mezcal that master mezcaleros drink ...  The maguey type Tobalá (Agave Potatorum) is a wild species, grown in stony and steep terrain. Its maturation takes 10 years and it is smaller in size in comparision to other agaves. It is therefore necessary to gather a large number of piñas to extract the best of the heart of the plant Tobalá is one of the most precious distillates, and its flavor retains the intense tones of the earth in which it is born". Double distilled in traditional copper pot stills.

The signature Bourbon bearing the name of Rev. Elijah Craig, a Bourbon pioneer who is credited with being the first distiller to age his whiskey in charred oak barrels. Mashbill: 78% Corn, 12% Malted Barley, and 10% Rye. Vanilla, caramel, nut, and oak pop out from the start. Sweet and light at first, these flavors slightly intensify with time in the glass.

In October 2019, Heaven Hill announced the launch of Elijah Craig Straight Rye. Producer Notes ~ “Elijah Craig Rye is made as a traditional American Straight Rye Whiskey with 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley. This combination of grains, which relies heavily on corn as the secondary grain rather than a higher percentage of rye, has been the primary Rye mashbill used by Kentucky Bourbon distilleries since taking over virtually all American Rye production post-Prohibition; the same mashbill directly responsible for the Rye resurgence seen today.

Intensely bitter since its inception in 1845, Fernet-Branca has been produced according to the original recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation. The bitters are made from 27 herbs and other ingredients. The exact formula is a trade secret known only to the Fernet-Branca president, Niccolò Branca, who personally measures out the aromatics during the production process. It's the perfect digestif!

In a way, this bottling could be considered Fortaleza's Tete de Cuvée, much like many Champagne producers have a flagship, such as the Grande Dame bottling from Veuve Clicquot. Each year, the head distillers and blenders at Fortaleza hand produce a small passion project that features the best of their ability. This year they have decided to create a blend of their flagship Reposado Tequila that has been finished in French oak ex-Oloroso sherry barrels, ex-Hungarian Tokaji wine barrels, or American Ex-bourbon barrels. Proofed to taste. Extremely limited quantities available.

Producer Notes ~ "A blend of 8 to 15 year old bourbons using 21% and 36% rye mashbills. On the nose, butterscotch, fig, and nutmeg. On the palate, initial smooth salted caramel transitions into smoky charred oak, leather, and warm baking spices, accented with a hint of tobacco. 49.5% ABV"

Producer notes ~ "A fearless vermouth: 16 botanicals from the area and aging in cherry wood barrels to relive nostalgic scents. A red wine, an authentic Friulian Schioppettino, to give peppery notes and an enveloping flavor. Aging in cherry barriques gives this vermouth hints of red fruits and a structured aroma. The color is ruby ​​red with purple hues and the perfume is elegant and full. A simple but refined taste: bitter and savory at first, with a persistent and fruity body and a fresh finish, with herbaceous and licorice hints.."

Notes from the Producer ~ "A classic French liqueur made from a maceration of fresh raspberries, sipped as a cordial and used to add a juicy, raspberry kick to cocktails." 16% ABV.

Producer notes ~ "The history of Cordon Rouge is inextricably linked to that of Grand Marnier. One day, Louis-Alexandre had the inspiration to blend cognac, the finest of all spirits and the pride of southwestern France since the seventeenth century, with aromatic orange essence. He took more than a decade to create, improve, and refine the liqueur that the world would one day know as Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge liqueur. It was 1880 when the legend was born. Full and ample; bitter oranges aromas balanced by cognac notes of hazelnuts and toffee. The finish is long and harmonious."

This bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of Bottled-in-bond. It is made from one distillery, in one distillation season, aged for a minimum of 4 years, and bottled at 100 proof. The Mashbill is 78% Corn, 12% Malted Barley, 10% Rye. It is smooth with warm sweet notes of caramel and honey with a long finish.

The American Praire story ~ "High West Distillery is passionate about the American West’s natural beauty. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow - fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There’s a hint of freshly-baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you’ll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.

Producer notes ~ "Kamiki, meaning God’s Breath in Japanese, was born at the Omiwa Shrine at the foot of Mount Niwa in Japan. Here, alcohol created by the local spirit producers is served as a blessing. Kamiki was created to further this tradition by taking a range of some of the finest whiskies from Japan and blending them with the best whiskies from overseas before maturing in a range of peculiar wood types. The results are smooth, intricate and intriguing expressions that differ from the norm and deliver a truly unique tasting experience. This new expression was finished in Japanese Cedar wood, just like the two before it, before being transferred to casks made from the famous Sakura tree for further finishing.  The Sakura tree is hugely famous in Japan. It symbolises the beginning of Spring and is intrinsically connected to “mono no aware”, a Japanese term for the awareness of impermanence, or in other words – mortality."
