Producer notes ~ "Kamiki, meaning God’s Breath in Japanese, was born at the Omiwa Shrine at the foot of Mount Niwa in Japan. Here, alcohol created by the local spirit producers is served as a blessing. Kamiki was created to further this tradition by taking a range of some of the finest whiskies from Japan and blending them with the best whiskies from overseas before maturing in a range of peculiar wood types. The results are smooth, intricate and intriguing expressions that differ from the norm and deliver a truly unique tasting experience. This new expression was finished in Japanese Cedar wood, just like the two before it, before being transferred to casks made from the famous Sakura tree for further finishing. The Sakura tree is hugely famous in Japan. It symbolises the beginning of Spring and is intrinsically connected to “mono no aware”, a Japanese term for the awareness of impermanence, or in other words – mortality."More info
Producer notes ~ "This exquisite Kavalan whisky has won several prestigious awards, including a gold at the World Whiskies Awards. The expression also received a Gold in its category at the International Spirits Challenge. Kavalan ex-Bourbon Oak dilutes Solist ex-Bourbon with Kavalan spring water to 46% strength. It is incredibly smooth with a soft sweetness, losing the harshness and the alcohol edge and lingering over those unique flavors. It is clean and fresh tropical fruitiness with pleasant vanilla, coconut and spices."More info

Producer notes ~ "La Gritona Reposado Tequila is a subtle rested tequila distilled by Melly Barajas and her staff of women at her small distillery in Valle De Guadalupe, Jalisco (NOM 1533). Melly distills La Gritona only with agave that has matured, always with an age of between 8-10 years, and all of her piñas must originate in the iron-rich red soil of the local Jalisco highlands. These agave plants are cultivated at the height of their sugar production, near the end of the life cycle. They are put into ovens within 24 hours of trimming. La Gritona IS and ALWAYS has been additive-free.More info
Producer notes ~ "Laws Whiskey House is reimagining great American whiskey by creating unique and bold flavor experiences. Our grain-forward style whiskeys are made with the highest quality corn and heirloom wheat, barley, and rye grown by two Colorado family farms. We use time-tested production techniques that showcase each individual grain’s terroir resulting in singular and novel whiskeys. The barley in our malt whiskey was literally kept from extinction. While commercial farmers found it too low yield, Wayne Cody found its unstripped flavor too glorious to let go. Today, his sons, in a field alongside Henry Road, continue to grow, as well as malt, this barley for us."More info
Producer Notes ~ "This whiskey derives its name from the grain its made from, Centennial Wheat. This heirloom spring soft white varietal is grown for us by the Cody family in the San Luis Valley. It is also the first Colorado-made wheat whiskey to meet the standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. AROMAS: Mountain strawberries, orange marmalade, alpine meadow and wildflower honey. FLAVORS: Jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn. MASH BILL: 100% Soft White Centennial Spring Wheat. AGED: 5+ years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels. ALC/VOL: 50%.More info
Producer Notes ~ "7,400 feet above sea level, in Colorado’s San Luis Valley, the Cody family has been cultivating this low yield, semi-wild rye grain since the 1930s. We fell in love with how it ferments and distills into a terroir-driven, unapologetic whiskey. Every whiskey we create is an heirloom grain, terroir-driven flavor experience for our fellow whiskey hunters. AROMAS: Floral and perfumed on the nose with notes of baking spice and orange oil. FLAVORS: Black tea, sweet mint, salted toffee, orange peel and stewed fig. Finishing with a radiant green peppercorn spice. MASH BILL: 100% heirloom rye. AGING: 4+ years in new 53 gallon charred oak barrels. ALC/VOL: 47.5%.More info
Producer notes ~ "Sourced from the orchards along the Gulf Coast of Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, Persian limes yield a fresh aroma reminiscent of fresh lilacs. We distill these fragrant limes in an Eau de Vie still, adding a touch of cane sugar and house-made lactic acid to lend this cordial its intensely tart finish. This cordial mixes beautifully in all manner of mezcal, tequila, and rum drinks. Try it as a substitute for lime juice to elevate a cocktail from ordinary, to memorable. Mix it with ginger beer to create a Sour Lime Buck with stunning results, or pour some into the neck of a cold lager instead of a wedge.More info

Producer notes ~ "Martin Miller’s Westbourne Gin. A gin for those in the know, its name derives from the location of Martin Miller’s own residence in Westbourne Grove in London, where the brand was conceived. Created in response to requests by ‘mixologists’ for a Martin Miller’s Gin that would give a more ‘old school’ authenticity to their classic repertoire of cocktails and help them create more fully-flavoured inventions. It became a bartender’s favourite from the very beginning, enjoying an underground cult status and closely-guarded secret among the bar fraternity. Intense and citrus. An emphasis on the spicier, peppery notes of cassia and nutmeg. Harnessed to an exact higher craft strength for a smooth and attractive alcohol sensation."More info
From its founding in 1870, the Eau-de Vie's from Massenez have set a benchmark for the category. Poire Williams may be the most aromatic of the range, with pristine fresh pear on the nose, and then a bone dry palate. These are NOT liqueurs, and are NOT sweet. They are traditionally consumed at the end of a meal, chilled or over ice, but also work very well in mixed drinks.More info

The Raymond Ragnaud Pineau des Charentes is made by combining 2/3 unfermented grape must (containing no alcohol) with 1/3 young Cognac at about 60% alcohol. The strength of the alcohol prevents the yeasts and sugar from fermenting, stabilizing the wine between at 17% alcohol. This mixture then goes into foudre (large oak vats) to age for four years, over which time the Pineau picks up aromas that include notes of figs, pears, and nuts. The sugar from the grape must makes this sweet, while the acidity and alcohol never permits it from becoming cloying. Usually served with an ice cube in a tulip-shaped glass, this is a classic French aperitif, very popular back in the fifties and sixties and enjoying a bit of a comeback, particularly when incorporated into creative cocktails. Other uses for Pineau include basting roasted meats or thickening sauces. We enjoy it in warmer weather combined with tonic and ice in a tall glass. Add a lemon twist, squeeze of lime or orange wedge if you wish.More info

Producer notes ~ "We finished our straight rye whiskey in Extra Añejo Tequila barrels. The result is remarkably unique tequila finished whiskey with notes of agave and vanilla on the nose and honey, peppercorn and orange citrus to taste. Pairing tequila and whiskey is always a risky move, but this was a risk worth the reward."More info
