More infoBarrell Bourbon Cask Strength, 6yrs, Batch #31, Louisville. Kentucky (750ml)
Producer notes ~ "Barrell Bourbon Batch 031 is a blend of 6, 7, 10, 15 and 16-year-old barrels. The blend was built around the sweetness in a group of 99% corn bourbon barrels and a group of wheated bourbon barrels. To bridge these two groupings, we layered in 15 and 16-year-old barrels for their gentle nuttiness and oak. Finally, a selection of 10-year-old barrels was added to bring notes of milk chocolate and tropical fruit. 2,371 bottles produced, 55.6% ABV"
More infoBatiste Rum Reserve, French West Indies (750ml)
Producer notes ~ "100% Fresh pressed sugarcane juice rum aged 18 months in Tennesse Rye Oak, distilled and filtered once. Aging brings flavors of Rye Whiskey and wood into the light bright palette of Batiste Rhum. An exceptional sipper and cocktail ingredient. Tasting Notes: A deeper shade of gold. Sweet on the nose, this sipper retains notes of caramel, hot toffee and rye whiskey on the palate. The finish is long-lasting."
Bimini Coconut Gin, Biddeford, Maine (750ml)
Producer Notes - "We were inspired to create Bimini Coconut after observing our friends frequently pair our gin with coconut and other tropical flavors. Using the same techniques, we infuse all-natural coconut into our original gin to create a taste best described as “Bimini on Vacation.” Unlike many flavored spirits, Bimini Coconut does not contain any flavor extracts. Instead, we use organic Fair Trade Certified Extra Virgin coconut oil in a process know as “fat washing.” The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with our original gin to infuse it with pure coconut flavor. After the infusion has completed, the mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out. The result is a subtle, natural coconut aroma and flavor in perfect harmony with our other botanicals. Use in any gin cocktail. We highly recommend trying it in a Negroni or Gimlet! 47% ABV
More infoBimini Gin, Biddeford, Maine (750ml)
Producer notes ~ "Bimini is a modern American gin. While older traditional gins have their place, tastes have changed since the 19th century when many of their recipes were formulated. Bimini breaks away from tradition. It’s not a complex recipe with fancy exotic ingredients you’ve never heard of; Bimini Gin is handcrafted using a few familiar key botanical's— grapefruit zest, hops, coriander seed—that taste bright and citrus-y with a beautiful floral aroma that you’ll continue to savor after the glass is empty. Bimini was made to taste good on a warm sunny day. Period.

More infoCarpano "Antica Formula" Sweet Vermouth, Italy (750ml)
Producer notes ~ "The numerous aromatic plants that go into the recipe of Antica Formula are extracted by hot infusion or cold extraction methods handed down through the centuries, depending on the raw material. These methods, along with the recipe itself, constitute the secret of this product. Antica Formula stands out thanks to its unique bouquet and its unmistakable notes of the best quality VANILLA from the tropical regions of Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and Tahiti. In fact, only the beans produced by the plant, and no other derivatives, are used in the recipe. Vanilla was known in Aztec times and has appetite-stimulating and digestive properties."
