"Unlike other London Dry Gins available today, we still craft our award-winning gin over 2 days, staying absolutely true to our family’s heritage. The result of this artisan method is a fresh crisp elegant gin with refreshing notes from juniper, subtle exotic spice and a lively citrus finish. Hayman’s London Dry is the perfect partner for tonic. We believe that a Gin and Tonic should always be balanced in measure to ensure that the gin flavours shine through. We recommend one-part gin to two-parts tonic. Make, serve and drink in one of our stylish G&T glasses based on an art deco design from the 1920s. Garnish with lemon or any other citrus fruit."
Producer notes ~ "43% ABV / 86 Proof 64% Corn 15% Rye 21% Malted Barley We begin by fermenting a traditional sour mash of corn and rye at colder temperatures, but without the aid of refrigeration. Fermentation takes more time this way, but results in a softer whiskey and develops subtle flavors such as vanilla, pear, and raspberry. We then distill the mash in our small batch copper potstill on grain to extract fuller and rounder flavors from the corn and rye. Finally, we barrel the distillate at the Pre-Prohibition standard of 98 proof, so that the barrel may add subtle notes of oak and vanilla and does not overpower the finished whiskey."More info
Producer notes ~ "The 12 year-old expression is a fine example of how the distinctively crisp, citrus character of Aberlour’s new distillate is deftly softened by double cask maturation. Traditional Oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour."More info

One of the lightest and gentlest amari, with orange and rosewater notes, Montenegro was named to commemorate the marriage of Princess Helen of Montenegro to Italy's King Victor Emmanuel III in 1896. Amaro Montenegro, "the liqueur of the virtues", was created in 1885 thanks to the lengthy, impassioned experiments of a famous distiller and herbalist, Stanislao Cobianchi. In its over 100 years of history, Amaro Montenegro has seen its success grow continuously up to the present day, now being one of the leading brands on the Italian market."More info

Producer notes ~ "Riverine is a refined non-alcoholic spirit that encapsulates the lush landscape of the Pacific Northwest’s temperate rainforest. Distilled with a regional blend of botanicals, it takes its cues from culinary practice for a distinct finish. Coniferous juniper is brightened by sorrel and sumac, while parsley lends a rich herbal earthiness. Enjoy the verdant flavors of Riverine in an array of cocktails or simply sip it over ice with a splash of tonic. While Riverine contains traditional gin botanicals like Juniper, Coriander, and Orris Root, it is not a gin proxy. Rather, it is a nuanced, sophisticated spirit in its own right."More info

Arette Reposado is distilled from 100% Blue Agave. It is aged for approximately 6 months in American white oak. Translating from their Spanish only web site, here are the highlights: Arette's distillery is in the heart of Jalisco, and is one of the oldest in the region. It is run today by brothers Jaime y Eduardo Orendain, descendents of multiple generations of Tequila distillers. Prioducer notes ~ "Banks 7 Island Blend Golden Rum gets its backbone from Trinidad, its complexity from Jamaica, its zest from Guyana, its spice from Barbados, and its unique exotic aroma and exceptionally long finish from Javanese rum Batavia Arrack. Producer notes ~ "100% MALTED RYE, 45% ABV, BATCH 4. This is a rich and spicy one of a kind American whiskey. It’s a creamy and mouthwatering whiskey full of rye bread and baking spice flavors, with a sweet nose of maple and light vanilla. Aged in new, heavy char American oak barrels. What is a ‘single malt rye whiskey’ and why don’t you see more of them? It’s a very difficult whiskey to make. The term ‘single malt’ means that it is a whiskey made from a single malted grain from a single distillery.More info
Producer notes ~ "Barr Hill Gin is our ode to the hardworking bees of the Northeast. Each batch is distilled in our custom-built botanical extraction still. The juniper-forward botanicals are brought to a perfect balance by the floral depth of the raw honey. The results are distinctive and unparalleled. Producer notes ~ "Barr Hill Vodka is our tribute to the hardworking beekeepers. In late summer, we take delivery of hundreds of barrels of their pure raw honey. Their season’s work is what makes our vodka truly special. Our recipe depends on two simple principles: we never heat the honey prior to fermentation and we never distill more than twice. Our technique preserves the wild yeast and the rich aromatics of nectar - delivering the floral depth of wildflower fields straight to your glass."More info
Producer notes ~ "Barrell Bourbon Batch 031 is a blend of 6, 7, 10, 15 and 16-year-old barrels. The blend was built around the sweetness in a group of 99% corn bourbon barrels and a group of wheated bourbon barrels. To bridge these two groupings, we layered in 15 and 16-year-old barrels for their gentle nuttiness and oak. Finally, a selection of 10-year-old barrels was added to bring notes of milk chocolate and tropical fruit. 2,371 bottles produced, 55.6% ABV"More info

Producer notes ~ "This Port Charlotte 10 year old has been conceived, distilled, matured and bottled on Islay alone. We are a young team with deep-rooted values, and an ambition to make the ultimate “Islay” Islay whisky. A whisky made by people not software; a whisky watched over every day of its maturing life by those who made it; a whisky born of a community with a vision and a mission to kick start a single malt whisky revolution, this Port Charlotte 10 year old is who we are. This is where we’re from. The sweetness of the oak and the barley are matched beautifully by the dry peat smoke. Producer notes ~ "The numerous aromatic plants that go into the recipe of Antica Formula are extracted by hot infusion or cold extraction methods handed down through the centuries, depending on the raw material. These methods, along with the recipe itself, constitute the secret of this product. Antica Formula stands out thanks to its unique bouquet and its unmistakable notes of the best quality VANILLA from the tropical regions of Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and Tahiti. In fact, only the beans produced by the plant, and no other derivatives, are used in the recipe. Vanilla was known in Aztec times and has appetite-stimulating and digestive properties."More info
Producer notes ~ "Cocchi Americano is an aromatized wine created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi and since then produced without interruption according to the original recipe.
The name “Americano” is both due to the alcohol made bitter (“amaricato”) by the addition of herbs and spices and to the American habit of drinking vermouth with ice and soda.
Produced according to Giulio Cocchi original recipe, Cocchi Americano is recognized in Asti as the aperitif par excellence – a real piece of history of our town.

This is an amazing effort to assemble the largest wildlife reserve in the lower 48 states. When stepping onto the plains of American Prairie Reserve, it’s easy to imagine the landscape as Lewis and Clark and Native Americans saw it, with thundering herds of bison, racing bands of pronghorn antelope and prairie dog towns dotting the horizon.
